Refund and Cancellation Policy

University refund and cancellation policies typically follow UGC 2024–25 guidelines and notifications and circulars released by the University from time to time.

Key Refund and Cancellation Highlights:

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees, entrance exam fees, and often security deposits are non-refundable.
  • Hostel/Mess Fees: If a student withdraws after classes start, the entire annual hostel fee may be forfeited, with only pro-rata mess/laundry fees returned.
  • Process: Cancellation must be requested formally via a "Cancellation of Admission" form. This may require submission of original fee receipts, ID cards, and a no-dues certificate.
  • Disciplinary Action: If a student is expelled, no fees will be refunded.
